Tracey is an award-winning producer and media executive with deep experience in film, television, and theatre. She builds creative teams from idea to release, with a specialty in comedy, live action and animation for theatres, digital, and streaming — and a particular edge in emerging markets and new technologies.
Her slate combines content development, production strategy, and cross-cultural collaboration. She readily connects artists with the talent, financiers, and innovators who bring their stories to life.
Career highlights include producing award-winning content grossing over $1.5B globally, launching an international animation studio, and building platforms for major media companies.
She mentors emerging storytellers at UCLA Producers Program and AFI, has taught masterclasses at universities across North America and Asia, and guest-lectured at Harvard Business School. She served as Grand Judge of the inaugural Beijing International Screenwriting Competition and as liaison to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Tracey holds a BA with honors in Social Anthropology from Harvard University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
